Uneven grounds – our dedicated volunteers work hard to maintain the reserve however some pathways may be overgrown or uneven. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing when visiting the reserve.
As much as we love to share our wildlife reserve with you we do ask that all visitors stick to the pathways and do not enter the tree lines and meadow.
Dogs are welcome at the wildlife reserve. Please keep them on a lead throughout the reserve to avoid disturbing any wildlife. Please pick up all dog faeces and dispose of this waste using our bins available around the reserve.
Adders – adders are present within the reserve. We do not wish to have any person or animal harmed during their time with us here at the reserve. So please be wary of where you are stepping. If you should see an adder on a pathway do not approach them and if possible find a volunteer and make them aware. Should you be bitten by an adder please remain calm and call 999 immediately.
